We value your patronage and have created some policies to make your experience with us as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
 
 
 
Privacy Policies
Facials & Beyond does not share, sell or trade client information with any party. Your privacy is extremely important to us and we appreciate your business. Any information given to us is used solely for marketing purposes.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Scheduling
Appointments are appreciated and walk-ins welcomed and booked if availability allows. To ensure you receive your preferred date and time, we encourage you to book appointments in advance.
 
 
 
 
 
Arrival Time
Clients should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to service.  This will allow you time to unwind and prepare for service.  New clients are asked to complete a customer profile sheet prior to receiving service. 
 
Please keep in mind that a late arrival may subtract from your precious treatment time, as your session must end on time so as not to delay our next appointment.  We will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible with the remaining time allotted for your session. If you are more than 30 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
 
 
The relaxation of our clients is very important to us, therefore please silence all cell phones/pagers & speak softly.  For safety reasons, children may not be left unattended in the lounge and spa treatment areas.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Special Concerns
Please advise us of special needs that may require additional attention prior to your appointment. Certain treatments/services may not be recommended if you are pregnant or have any medical condition(s). Please let your therapist know if you are taking medications.
 
To ensure total comfort and relaxation throughout your session, please allow at least one hour between your last meal and treatment.  Additionally, you should avoid the consumption of alcoholic beverages prior to any body treatment. 
 
 
 
 
Gratuity
Gratuities are not reflected in our menu pricing. Gratuities are appreciated and always left to the discretion of our clients. Tips can be in cash form or included in the total amount of services if you are paying by check.
 
 
 
 
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance & expiration dates are not extended. They are treated the same as cash and must be presented at time of service. Gift Certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another recipient.  Balances $10 or less can be redeemed as gratuity or used towards product.
 
 
 
Attire
Spa robes, wraps and slippers are provided for spa services. Please undress to your comfort level for massage and body treatments. In this establishment, massage therapy is performed in a safe, modest and ethical manner. Feel free to wear underwear or swimsuits during services if this would make you feel more comfortable. Your therapist will keep your body draped with sheets during the treatment and uncover only the areas being worked on. 
 
 
 
Lost Articles
If you are receiving spa services with us, please remove all jewelry prior to your visit.  Please keep up with personal items during your visit. We are not responsible for lost articles.
 
 
 
 
 
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct.  In this establishment, draping the body during massage is required.  Massage is performed in a safe, modest and ethical manner and not sexual in nature. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will immediately result in termination of the session with payment due in full.  
 
 
 
 
Cancellations
We provide a courtesy reminder call  before the your scheduled appointment. Therefore, we ask that you extend the same courtesy by callling us as soon as possible if you aren't able to make your appointment. This way we can accomodate any client that can fill your time slot.
 
No shows may happen due to possible oversight. However, after a second NO SHOW advance payment for services will be requested.
 
 
 
Refunds and Returns
Did you know you can TRY BEFORE YOU BUY? We provide samples of skincare  so you can experience products before you make a commitment to purchase.
All sales are final on all skincare and cosmetic products;  however, unopened products may be exchanged for other products of equal value. We will gladly exchange any defective products within 7 days of purchase. 
 
 
 
 
Forms of Payment
At this time, we do not accept credit card payments for services, however we gladly accept cash and checks
(Sorry-no temporary checks). Credit card payments can be made online for  purchases of products and gift certificates.
 
There will be a $25 charge for any returned checks.
