We value your patronage and have created some policies to make your experience with us as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
Privacy PoliciesFacials & Beyond does not share, sell or trade client information with any party. Your privacy is extremely important to us and we appreciate your business. Any information given to us is used solely to
inform you of new products, sales, services or upcoming events.
SchedulingWalk-ins are taken as long as enough time is allowed between appointments. We will always try to accomodate even last-minute requests; however, to ensure you always receive your preferred date and time, we encourage you to book appointments in advance.
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving to guarantee your service when you need it.
Online SchedulingBecause we may be in session when you call for an appointment, we highly encourage you to use our online booking system. The secure online system will allow you to book same day appointments within 2 hours of current time. For instance, if it's 1:00 when you book your online appointment, the 1st available time slot will be 3:00. Please call to make your appointment if you need to come in earlier. If our schedule permits, we will try our best to accomodate your request. Online bookings for couples massages should be called in advance to confirm availability of our other therapist.
Arrival TimeAs our studio is dedicated to
personalized service, we do not like to rush our clients and we ask that you arrive a few minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to unwind and prepare for service.
New clients are asked to complete a customer profile sheet prior to receiving service.
Please keep in mind that a late arrival may subtract from your treatment time. Y
our session must end as scheduled
so the next appointment can start on time. We will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible with the remaining time allotted. If you are more than 30 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
The relaxation of our clients is very important to us, therefore please silence all cell phones/pagers & speak softly. For safety reasons, children may not be left unattended in the lounge and spa treatment
areas.
Special ConcernsPlease advise us of special needs that may require additional attention prior to your appointment. Certain treatments/services may not be recommended if you are pregnant or have any medical condition(s). Please let your therapist know if you are taking medications.
To ensure total comfort and relaxation throughout your session, please allow at least one hour between your last meal and treatment. Additionally, you should avoid the consumption of alcoholic beverages prior to any body treatment.
GratuityGratuities are not reflected in our menu pricing. Gratuities are appreciated and always left to the discretion of our clients. Tips can be in cash form or included in the total amount of services if you are paying by check.
Gift CertificatesGift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance & expiration dates are not extended. They are treated the same as cash and must be presented at time of service. Gift Certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another recipient.
Balances $10 or less can be redeemed as gratuity or used towards product.
AttireSpa robes, wraps and slippers are provided for spa services. Please undress to your comfort level for massage and body treatments. Spa services are performed in a safe, modest and ethical manner. Feel free to wear underwear or swimsuits during services if this would make you feel more comfortable. Your therapist will keep your body draped with sheets during the treatment and uncover only the areas being worked on.
Lost Articles
If you are receiving spa services with us, please remove all jewelry prior to your visit. Please keep up with personal items during your visit. We are not responsible for lost articles.
Right of RefusalWe reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. In this establishment, draping the body during massage is required. Massage is performed in a safe, modest and ethical manner and not sexual in nature. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will immediately result in termination of the session with payment due in full.
Cancellations
We provide a courtesy reminder call before your scheduled appointment. It is important that you get back to us as soon as possible so we can confirm your appointment.
If we don’t hear back from you, we reserve the right to give your time slot to another client who needs the appointment.
No shows may happen due to possible oversight. However, after a second NO SHOW, advance payment for future services will be requested.
Thank you in advance for your respect. Cancellations for emergencies and illnesses are of course understood last minute.
Refunds and ReturnsDid you know you can TRY BEFORE YOU BUY? We provide samples of skincare so you can experience products before you make a commitment to purchase.
All sales are final on all skincare and cosmetic products; however, unopened products may be exchanged for other products of equal value. We will gladly exchange any defective products within 7 days of purchase.
Forms of PaymentWe accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal as forms of payment. We also accept checks.
(Sorry-no temporary checks). Credit card payments can also be made online for purchases of products and gift certificates.
There will be a $28 charge for any returned checks.
